Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the hiyabet platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these terms.

hiyabet is strictly available to players aged 21 and above who are physically located in the Philippines. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts created by underage users will be closed and balances forfeited.
One account per player. Funds deposited through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are credited to your PHP wallet in real time. Deposits are non-refundable once wagering has commenced.
All promotional bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements and expiry periods specified at the time of issuance. Misuse of bonuses — including multi-accounting — results in forfeiture and account suspension.
All hiyabet games use certified random number generators. Manipulation, collusion, or use of automated betting software is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Withdrawal requests are processed to verified accounts only. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. hiyabet reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.
hiyabet may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, are associated with fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform's integrity — with or without prior notice, subject to applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

By accessing, registering on, or using the hiyabet Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the hiyabet Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
hiyabet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Use of the hiyabet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
hiyabet reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time. Provision of false information regarding eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
To access Real Money Play on hiyabet, you must register a Player Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and active Philippine mobile number.
One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one active hiyabet Account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or in combination with another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
KYC Verification: hiyabet is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., driver's licence, passport, SSS/UMID card, or PhilSys National ID). hiyabet may also request proof of address and, in certain circumstances, source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the period specified by hiyabet will result in Account suspension pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. Notify hiyabet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
hiyabet accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only, processed through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and such other payment methods as hiyabet may introduce from time to time.
All deposit transactions are subject to a minimum deposit amount as specified on the Cashier page, which may be amended at hiyabet's discretion. Deposits credited to your PHP Wallet are generally available for Real Money Play immediately upon successful processing.
hiyabet does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered Account holder. hiyabet reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party payment methods and to close the associated Account.
Deposits on which Real Money wagering has commenced are non-refundable. If you wish to close your Account with a remaining balance, the withdrawal process outlined in Section 6 applies.
Withdrawals of Real Money balances (excluding pending bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) may be requested at any time subject to the following conditions:
In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, hiyabet may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending investigation. hiyabet will notify the Player of any such hold and the estimated resolution timeline where possible.
hiyabet may offer deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:
hiyabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, systematic wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to claim a bonus — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent Account closure.
All casino games available on hiyabet — including slots, live dealer games, table games, fishing games, and bingo — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable game rules before placing wagers.
hiyabet's RNG-based games utilise certified random number generators that have been independently tested and verified to ensure statistical fairness. Certified return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are made available within the game information panels.
Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments and are subject to video surveillance. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) in real time. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the outcome of the disrupted game round will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the decision of hiyabet — having consulted game logs and, where applicable, the relevant game provider — is final. Any apparent display malfunction, error, or miscommunication does not void a game's outcome if the recorded server data is valid.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hiyabet Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the hiyabet Platform — including but not limited to the hiyabet brand, logo, trade name, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of hiyabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of hiyabet's intellectual property without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hiyabet shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings.
hiyabet's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any amounts already withdrawn by the Player during that period.
hiyabet does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. hiyabet shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond hiyabet's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
hiyabet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
hiyabet will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required to process your transactions, comply with legal obligations, satisfy PAGCOR reporting requirements, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. hiyabet may suspend or terminate your Account with immediate effect, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination for breach, hiyabet reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to Player breach, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds not meeting withdrawal requirements) will be returned to the Player via the primary withdrawal method on file, subject to applicable legal holds.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting hiyabet customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
hiyabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of any revised Terms will be posted at the top of this page. For material changes, hiyabet will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered Players via their registered email address, except where changes are required immediately due to regulatory directions, legal requirements, or security concerns.
Your continued use of the hiyabet Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact hiyabet's customer support team to seek resolution of any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Complaints relating to hiyabet's compliance with its PAGCOR licence may also be directed to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channel.
Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek emergency injunctive relief or other urgent remedies from a court of competent jurisdiction.
